Scrap Basket Sunday, I'm In!

Hi!
Kim is leading us to work on our scrap baskets!
We will be using Kim Brackett's book Scrap Basket Sensations.
Every Sunday, we will post our progress on emptying those scrap baskets!
For me, I have cubbies of fabrics sorted by colour, I guess, I need to cut them up into sizes needed....
Yes, It will be one more project!
Actually, I'm torn between 2 projects, a signature block and this one...
What do you think?

I have to get going on some housecleaning today, and redoing some drapes for our bedroom.
Talk to you tomorrow!
Take care, Leslie

  1. I'm working with scraps this year too - amazing how many quilts you can get out of scraps -- I already have made two baby quilts and now working on a 9 patch scrappy queen size. And there are a lot of scraps leftover!! I could do 2 or 3 more queen size I'm sure.

  3. I like the second quilt best. I picked that quilt last year - wonder what I did with those units? Time to manage those scraps - they are taking over the world!

  5. Either quilt would be great . . . for the first one! Of course, you can always make the other one next! LOL! What is the pattern/book for the second quilt you're considering? It's an unusual block.
